A corporate photoshoot is usually several shoots in one day: headshots against a controlled backdrop, team and group photographs, and the office or plant at work. Each part needs its own lighting and setup, so the order of the day matters as much as the equipment.
We plan a company photoshoot around people's time first. Headshot sessions run on a time-slot plan, so each person spends only a few minutes away from work. A session for 5–10 people typically takes 2–3 hours including setup, and 20–50 people may take a full day. Workplace and industrial coverage is scheduled around the working day, so the images show the business at work with the least disruption.
