Post-production covers clipping paths, background removal, colour correction and blemish removal. Finals are delivered via cloud link (Dropbox or WeTransfer) in all required formats and ratios.

Common questions

Do you shoot to Amazon and Flipkart image requirements?

Yes. Main images are delivered as true cut-outs on pure white (RGB 255), with the product filling the frame to platform guidelines, at resolutions well above the zoom threshold, free of props, logos and watermarks. Secondary and lifestyle images are planned into the same shot list. We also deliver transparent PNG versions for your own storefront where needed.

How do you price eCommerce photography?

By project, based on number of SKUs, product types, angles per product, and any special requirements like styling or props. Pricing is tiered, so higher volumes attract significantly better per-unit rates. Send us your list and we'll quote clearly, usually the same day.

Can one shoot cover my marketplace listings, website and social media?

Yes, and it should. The capture session is the expensive part; producing marketplace cut-outs, website images and social crops from the same session costs far less than reshooting per channel. Tell us every destination when you brief us and we'll build the shot list around it.

What kinds of products can you shoot?

From large items like bicycles and furniture to small table-top items and delicate pieces like jewellery. Reflective, glass and transparent products need more involved set work and are quoted accordingly. If your category isn't obvious, send us a brief — we likely have relevant experience.

We're not in Chennai. How does shipping work?

Most of our catalogue work arrives by courier from across India. Products are logged in against your SKU list on arrival, inspected, photographed, and returned or held for the next round. You review selects remotely at defined checkpoints during the shoot.

What condition do products need to arrive in?

Undamaged, clean, well-assembled, with perfect printing and alignment on packaging. Damaged or unfinished samples slow the shoot — please send finals where possible.

Can I get retouching for products I already have photos of?

Yes — retouching-only briefs are available. We can handle background removal, colour correction, blemish removal and compositing on images shot by you or another photographer.
